Shipping Policy:

Thank you for shopping with The Moon and the Hare Gift Shop! We aim to provide you with the best shopping experience, including reliable and timely delivery of your order. 

Shipping Methods:

We use Royal Mail tracked and signed for all shipping orders.

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-7 business days of your order confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. This can be longer in busy periods. 

Delivery Time:

We aim to deliver your orders promptly. Please allow 7 days for processing. A tracking number will be provided once the parcel is shipped. Delivery may take up to 7 business days.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can track the status of your delivery using the provided tracking number.

 Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight  of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. 

Occasionally we sell items that are simply too heavy to send by standard delivery. These will be shipped differently. These products should have a note at the bottom of each description to ask you to contact us first to give you a estimate for Postage and Packaging and also how it may arrive such as a pallet.

Delivery Address:

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by customers.

International Shipping:

At this time, we only offer shipping within the UK. we do not offer international shipping options. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However we are working on a trial to open up to the United States shortly. Shipping will be able to be found here as above.

Shipping Delays:

While we make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your orders, please note that unexpected circumstances such as weather conditions, postal strikes, or other unforeseen events may cause delays in shipping. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
